How I work
Some matters are won before they reach the courtroom or the evaluation committee. I design litigation and transactional strategy with the full timeline in mind — including proceedings that will unfold over years. This means structuring positions, building the record, and making decisions early that create options later.
A defence procurement dispute resolved before it escalated. A public funds case where the strategic framework set in 2020 produced a favourable outcome in 2026. The work that matters most is often invisible by the time the result appears.
I work as a trusted advisor, not a document factory. That means real assessments, including the ones that are uncomfortable, and advice that accounts for business reality, not just legal form. I understand law as one layer of a larger system — commercial, operational, regulatory. That larger system now includes technology and AI — not as tools I use, but as forces reshaping the rules of the game my clients operate in.
My practice is AI-augmented. I built iuriq — an AI-native legal research and document analysis platform for Polish law firms — and I use the same infrastructure in my own work. Faster research, more rigorous document review, less time on tasks that do not require legal judgment.

Bio
Krzysztof Wójcik is an independent lawyer based in Warsaw with over twenty years of experience in M&A, defence procurement, cross-border transactions, and high-stakes litigation.
He has advised on some of the largest military procurement proceedings in Poland, including the Caracal and Tigre helicopter tenders and the Border Guard helicopter programme, and has represented clients in proceedings before Polish courts, the National Appeals Chamber, and EU institutions. His clients have included major aerospace and defence industry participants, multinational corporations, and technology companies.
He has served as Director of Legal Advisory and Client Services at Vistra Poland, and previously as partner at Brillaw Mikulski & Partners and Lawards Sulej & Wójcik. He holds bar admission from OIRP Lublin and a law degree from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University.
He is the founder of iuriq, an AI-native legal research platform for Polish law firms, and has published on AI governance in multi-agent systems and on IP risk in software M&A transactions.
He is a member of the International Association for Safe and Ethical AI (IASEAI).
